Schedule: Future Masters (3 rounds), Championship (4 rounds): Check in by: 9:15am; First Round time: 9:30am.

Primary, Primary Novice, K-1 Rated (4 rounds): Check in by: 9:45am; First Round time: 10:00am.
2-3 Novice, K-1 Novice (4 rounds): Check in by: 10:00am; First Round time: 10:15am; Approximate end time: 2:30pm
For rated sections, approximate end-time is 5:00 pm; sections may end sooner and awards are presented as quickly as possible after the completion of all rounds in any given section.
Time Control: Game/75 (Game 70/5 second delay) in Future Masters.
Game/60 (Game 55/5 second delay) in Championship.
Game/45 (Game 40/5 second delay) in Reserve, Primary, Booster & Juniors.
Byes: Half (1/2) point bye requests (1 maximum) are available in any round of a 4-round section.
No byes are offered in Future Masters.

By registering online, you will not need to check in at the registration desk. Upon your arrival, verify that you are on the posted pre-tournament pairing list. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email in the event there is an error.

**USCF-rated, except where noted. Bring clocks and score pads.

PRIZES: Trophies to all players scoring 3 points or more in 4 round sections, and to all players scoring 2.5 points or more in 3 round sections.

Byes: Please note, No byes are offered in Future Masters.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy: If you cannot play in an event you have registered for, you may withdraw and claim a credit for a future event during the same academic year. Credits will not be carried over to the next school year. Refunds will be available subject to a $10 administrative fee if requested by the day prior to the last scheduled tournament of the season. Supervision & Photo Release Policy: All participants under 16 must have an adult supervisor during the tournament. The NSCF does not provide supervision between games. Also note: Photography and/or video recording occurs at most NSCF tournament events. By registering your child for this event, you hereby give permission for your child's name and/or picture to appear on the NSCF website/promotion. If for any reason this is not acceptable, please advise tournament staff PRIOR to the start of the tournament.
